Low-slope flat roofs and standard-slope roofs have many options available, including composite shingle roofs, tile, composite cedar, metal, and more.
Composition Shingle Roofs
Made with organic material with a life expectancy of 25 to 50 years depending on materials grade. This option provides the easiest, fastest, and least costly option for building owners and may be installed over an existing deck when possible.
Tile Roofs
A bit pricier but with a longer life span, tile is more durable against weather conditions. Made of concrete cement, clay, or slate, tile roofs should last a minimum of 50 years. Tiles are very heavy per square — they require proper structural assessment before installation.
Roof Coatings
By using a roof coating system, you can save on labor costs and avoid waste removal charges. Roof tear-offs are both time-consuming and extremely costly — with our spray coatings, you will not have interruptions to your normal operating hours.
Our primary manufacturer GE provides extremely reflective and glossy finished silicone and acrylic roof coatings. Their coatings resist UV, which can help reduce your energy costs. Coatings can be applied to virtually any roof, whether small, large, flat, or sloped.

Repairs & Restoration
Repair: Our first step is to repair whatever caused the damage — restoration must begin with fixing the problem.
Water Extraction: Depending on severity, we use pumps for large areas or vacuums for smaller areas.
Remove & Dry: We inspect all damaged materials, remove and dispose of them, then use dehumidifiers and air movers to dry affected areas.
Sanitize & Reconstruct: Deodorizing and sanitizing with solutions proven to stop mold growth. Then we reconstruct all damaged areas with fresh paint and texturing.
Roof Cleaning
Pulse Roofing uses a soft-wash roof washing process that extends shingle life and completely eliminates unsightly mold, mildew, and fungus. We offer roof washing for all asphalt shingle, metal, and tile roofs.
Those dark stains on your roof are caused by algae that damages asphalt shingles. Growth commonly starts on shaded areas where the sun cant keep the roof dry.
